What is Vegan Leather?

In a nutshell, vegan leather is a multitude of manmade synthetic and natural alternative materials that do not contain animal skins.

Do I Have To Be a Vegetarian or Vegan To Use Vegan Leather Products?

Absolutely not! Your choices are your own regarding what or how to eat and what to wear. Many people eat a meatless diet and wear old leather products; they just choose not to purchase new leather items and go to vegan alternatives instead.  There are also those who wish to bury their older leather items and replace everything with vegan leather alternatives.  There is no right or wrong way to be or a right or wrong way to choose.

What Made You Sell Vegan Leather In Your State?

Siera & Celeste has a deep love for all animals. It was heartbreaking to learn that animals used for clothing meet their fate under horrible conditions; whether from the jaws of a trap or from strictly being raised for their skin, and that the skinning process usually began while the animals are still alive.  We admit it was challenging to open the business in our state, but we firmly believe in our cause to offer alternatives to animal cruelty in the clothing industry, which includes handbags.

Is Vegan Leather Plastic?

Synthetic vegan leathers are made of polyurethane, a term for plastic, known as PU leather.  There are also alternative leathers made from natural sources: waxed cotton, mushrooms, pineapples, seaweed, cork, and kombucha tea, to name a few.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our shipping boxes are large in size so Siera & Celeste ships to you via USPS Standard, which is free to you in the US and free worldwide for International orders over $125.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Package?

Depending upon the post office, you can reasonably expect to receive your beautiful handbag from Siera & Celeste within 2 to 10 business days for items shipped within the United States.

Depending upon the distance and other factors, it takes longer to receive International shipments. You might incur fees for duties, taxes, et cetera, for which Siera & Celeste is not responsible.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Siera & Celeste will ship to any location fitting within the countries that USPS utilizes.

Do You Ship To PO Box Addresses?

Siera & Celeste cannot ship to PO Box addresses.  The destination address must have a complete residential address or business address.  The end customer is responsible for ensuring the destination address is correct.  Please double-check your address!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Siera & Celeste accepts payments via PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, and JCB.

Can I Pay Through My Bank Account?

We accept PayPal, which gives you the option of paying through your bank account.

Orders, Exchanges, & Returns

How Do I Place An Order?

Orders are placed on the website, https://www.sieraceleste.com. Find the items of your choice and push the buttons to buy now. This places them in your cart.  When you have completed your selections, choose checkout.  On the checkout screen, input your personal information, your shipping information and your payment choice.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No. You can place an order as a guest. However, it is more convenient for you if you have an account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Siera & Celeste packages and ships orders on the same day your request is received.  If you wish to cancel or change your order, please immediately contact us at customerservice@sieraceleste.com or telephone 1-800-457-9856. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

How Do I Track My Order?

There are two ways to track your order.  At the top of the website is an area to track your order, and at the time the order ships you receive an email with tracking information from Siera & Celeste.

What Is Your Policy Regarding Exchange or Refund of Sale Items?

Any purchase of a product on sale, markdown, or clearance; and/or any item received as the result of a giveaway is considered as a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for exchange or refund unless it falls under the exceptions clause.

What Is Your Policy For Product Exchange or Refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to exchange or return it for any reason:

All requests for exchange or refund must be in writing and approved by Siera & Celeste within ten days of your tracked receipt of the original delivery. Any item received without an RGA number will not be exchanged or refunded!

Please contact customerservice@sieraceleste.com and request a return goods authorization form. Please complete the form and include the bottom portion in the box with your return.

The exchange/refund request must be for a full-price product only. If you used a discount coupon with your purchase, you are ineligible.

The returned product must be postmarked within 14 days of your initial receipt of the package.

The product must not be altered in any way.

The original packing slip is required.

You will be responsible for return postage to our facility at your own expense, but we will ship your replacement to you at no additional cost.

Please use USPS Standard Mail or a carrier that provides a tracking service as we are not responsible for your lost package.

Return the product in the original packaging, or in any other unmarked appropriately sized box and packaging that adequately protects the product to:

For Exchanges Only

Remember to tell us what you are exchanging for by filling out the RGA form and including the bottom portion in the return box.

When the product is received, we will process your exchange request. You will see a charge on your credit card for the cost of the new item (the exchange).

After our return department processes the returned item, you will receive a credit to your credit card (the original product), usually within 7 to 10 business days.

For Refunds Only

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received for processing and verification by our returns department.  We credit the original form of payment.
